Cassian achieved her BA in English, MSc in Business Management & Leadership with numerous accolades and awards in several fields. She was a Licensed Senior Realtor and Home Improvement Contractor in the competitive NYC market. Cassian has extensive experience in Contract Negotiations, Sales & Marketing, Construction, Telecommunications and Real Estate. She once managed, for several years, portfolios of over $300M for fortune 500 companies and led teams to successful outcomes. She is also pursuing her Class A General Contractor and Real Estate License in Virginia. Cassian is a seasoned investor having completed extensive renovations in New York, DC, and Virginia. She has a discerning eye and designs each home as if it's her own, with no detail left out and ergonomics considered in every room, creating great flow and must-have elements.
